From October 1996 to May 2003 defined myself as Environmental Consultant and Haz-Mat specialist focused on the oil industry at the Environmental Management Unit of Funindes USB and various consulting companies. Leader of expert team for a nation wide project with the United Nations (UNCTAD) and the Ministry of the Environment.
