* Harman: Develop supplier quality manual.
Create an internal supplier quality engineering system.
Following of supplier issues, creation of NCMR and drive 8D response with supplier.
Manage supplier audit.
Implementation of PFMEA and Control Plan.
Improvement of manufacturing lines.
* Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) (Manufactura eléctrica y electrónica): Act as an official customer representative in all matters relating to manufacturing, quality and customer relations.
Drive root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions regarding customer rejects (8D).
Represent Customer Quality Requirements in product transfer or new product introduction.
Drive PPAP process.
Manage customer visits and audits.
Stay up to date on all procedures related to this job which can affect the quality of products or services provided to customers
Provide support to manufacturing and product development functions
Interact regularly with functional peers, as well as with peers from other functions
Interact regularly with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
Record, report and follow up on customer issues
Communicate and ensure compliance with customer requirements throughout the plant
Stop production if customer satisfaction is at risk
Represent Customer Quality requirements in product transfer or new product introduction teams
Ensure compliance to Change Management procedures and requirements related changes affecting customers
Report in timely manner to upper Management
Other duties as assigned
Understand and implement policies and procedures of Quality Systems (ISO TS 16949), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Health Management System and Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) and any other system that the company may require for its operation.
