Description:
•    An independent chat application.
•    Works on any screen sizes and devices.
•    View, search contacts and start charting.
•    If user is offline, he/she will get the chats once logs in.
•    The initiator of the chat has the permission to save the chat as an activity discussion post.
•    Once the chat is saved all the participants are notified by mail and push notifications.
