DIGITAL SERVICE GROUP – IBM
After 5 years of working in the areas of server administration, backup management and software distribution at IBM Argentina, my big interest in the areas of programming and design led me to apply in an internal search where I was selected for the Digital Service Group of IBM Argentina.
I started as Web Developer for the brand IBM.com, working in projects like IBM Power Systems, internal and external clients
In 2016 I had the opportunity to open the Digital Department of IBM Argentina after my portfolio was selected by the US Digital Department.
As director of the video area I commission to create, direct and edit audiovisual pieces:
* Directed the audiovisual realization of VP's messages from Brazil to Latin America through internal communications.
* Participated as director general in the creation of audiovisual material for the celebration of the Day of Diversity. Also in the direction of art, camera and technical aspects.
* I was assigned the Photography section, portraying my co-workers for the redesign of the DSG image. Portraits are currently used on Bluepages.
* I covered the two days of CAMPUS PARTY Argentina 2016. The photographs were used in all social networks of IBM Latin America, IBM Argentina and internal communications.

I worked for clients like Novartis (one of IBM's top accounts) performing backup schedules, generating metrics, and resolving incidents through service now and Crystal Reports. Managed backups on AIX, UNIX, and Windows server systems.

I generated schedule-enabled automatic updates and deploy reports on the various IBM servers. Using scripting and deploy tools, using: BASH SCRIPTING, BATCH, VBS.

Our team kept deploys of applications and updates through tools like Microsoft SMS and Microsoft SCCM. Among our clients were Aztrazanaca and AZOAC, IBM's top accounts. We offer ticket resolution through BMS Remedy, taking care of the SLA metric registration.
