Tutoring English or Spanish as a second language, either face to face, or remotely.
Lately I designed an adjustable program that I personalize for each student depending on the level and intensity required, and the age or wishes of my learner.
It includes a shared document (in which I'll add exercises oriented to personal likes or working fields), audio files sharing (also personalized) and periodic phone calls.

Excellent diction, reading and writing skills in US English and Spanish languages. I am a very brash and dynamic person who can easily adapt to perform different tasks without difficulty.
Writing is easy and really enjoying for me, grammar and spelling are almost an obsession and, as responsibility and dedication are a must, I always deliver my works complete and already checked before deadline.
My rate for translation is 500 words per hour, and for research and redaction is 1000 words per day.

I started performing bilingual recruitment for two well known telecommunications companies. Then I joined searches of operating staff, media and mass searches, as well as relocation of personnel between different companies in our portfolio.
My tasks included the search and selection of the applicant, making it's file and, occasionally, the organization of a training course.
Also, as I was the only bilingual person in the company, I was in charge of all of its international needs (from business agreements to travel planning and hotel booking for my boss).

Customer care and technical support agent for recognized company of photographic equipment. My tasks included receiving calls from USA, both in English and (occasionally) in Spanish, referring to failures in the operation of their equipment, guiding the customer through troubleshooting, or contacting a technician if the reparation by the client was impossible. I also collaborated in training and the adaptation of new colleagues.
