* 55social (Internet): My work within the production support department is to analyze and follow up tickets of type: requirements, complaints, bugs and resolve issues in the production environment. I work side by side with the Product Owner and Product Manager to attend needs of internal clients like Community Managers, Marketing Analysts, Designers or external clients like: Marketing agencies, Publicity or IT companies in Brazil.
The company has offices in Argentina with a product owner, a development team, functional analysts and designers that work all together. I work on User Stories that come from the Functional Team and develop/mark-up/layout fixes in the Front End level.
Communications made in English, oral and written. My job is to work in fluent communication between different areas. We work as a big team on market research, analyzing our competitors, investigate new features, analyzing the customer behavior, usability and functionality problems in our platform.
Tasks include weekly reports for the COO and CEO of active users, active campaigns, active apps, cancel user access, move contracts among others. I´m also responsible for designing Institutional presentations for clients/costumers.
In charge of resolving issues in the platform at the client level dealing with the problems as they arise. Also advising clients on future developments. My job position requires to be up to date with facebook news, changes or active bugs in their platform. Investigation of new functionalities and configuration of the apps involved with our tool. Fixing access-token, FB connect, FB visualization and Campaign creation issues.
