I have been participating on Hispanic South America Agile group, I was giving conferences on Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, El Salvador and Chile, helping projects that wants to start and looking for new clients.

In charge of developing web Applications and mobile applications for a Portfolio with several clients.
Working on SPA using AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, KnockOut JS and C# for backend. Some apps will be made Ruby on Rails

I have been promoted to be in charge of whole development team of a portfolio (which was 8 scrums), having 40 members as maximum.
One of my main responsibilities is to coach and support all scrum masters (cross locations: US, Argentina and China).
We have incorporated Behaviour Driven Development BDD practice using Specflow, which has been a big challenge due to we should improve the integration between functional, business, testing and dev teams. I was giving teaching lessons to whole teams about it.

I have been promoted to be scrum master of the development scrums
I was in charge of a team composed by people distributed in Buenos Aires and Chicago.
Team members have been rotating and it also have changed it sizes, having a maximum of 12 members.
I was in charge of solving scrum needs, teaching them the methodology/technical skills and acting as a connector for rest of teams.
I was also part of high level planning for the project as technical Lead
During this time we have added some new practices, like ATDD and we start giving support and making updates to iPhone (monotouch), Android (java) and Windows Phone (C#) natives App .

We have been following Scrum methodology, with its classical ceremonies like planning meetings, retrospectives, sizing and grooming ones. We have been also using pair programming with TDD.
Finally we also use planning poker technique.
