Over 10 years of an extensive and diverse business background as an international consultant I decided to focus on what is my real passion, helping individuals to reach their personal and business goals as a professional virtual associate. Mr Bertolami’s career began in the consulting industry where he soon held a number of leadership positions in recognized companies as Avaya, Accenture, Deloitte, Telecom, Paradigma, Techint, etc. In 2004 he was named a Business Manager for the South Cone Region (5 countries) at Microsoft.

Carlos was responsible for educating and implementing the BPM Lifecycle and key related concepts across the entire region.

-Supported business development, presales, selling; program and project delivery as part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
-Organized and communicated with cross-functional, technical and project management teams in engagements around the region.
-Managed and facilitated discovery and analysis engagements on time to clients without having to seek additional neither budget nor delayed project timeline

4) South Cone Business Manager @ Microsoft Corp. | Jul 2003 – Jul 2006

Carlos led the implementation of the “Zaratoga” Project for the Latam Region. This Project was implemented for transforming core marketing and sales processes across the region: Processes definition, roles & responsibilities, tools enhancement (Siebel), integral coordination of legacies systems, strategic dashboard definition (strategies, tactics and metrics per business area).

-Analyze existing business processes and models covering different key organizational areas (HR, Sales, Mkt and operational concerns), perform gap analysis and feasibility studies and propose solutions for implementing them according to business specifications.
-Train staff in business process subject matter and perform knowledge transfer when applicable throughout the region (Analysis, detection of areas of improvement, documentation, modeling, etc.)
-Be a liaison between marketing business organizations and the sales team in order to coordinate different activities in a timely manner ( go to markets, campaigns, Ms Solution Selling, pipeline’s health)
