Carlos Bertolami is a passionate business consultant, entrepreneur and Project Manager with more than 10 years of management consulting, business development and integral Operations management experience developed at different multinational companies.

Carlos was responsible for educating and implementing the BPM Lifecycle and key related concepts across the entire region.
-Supported business development, presales, selling; program and project delivery as part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
-Organized and communicated with cross-functional, technical and project management teams in engagements around the region.
-Managed and facilitated discovery and analysis engagements on time to clients without having to seek additional neither budget nor delayed project timeline
-Designed and developed the curriculum for process analyst workshops, where Carlos provide mentoring on how to strategic analyze business processes and how to facilitate workshops between the business and technical communities.

Carlos implemented the Project Management Office (PMO) in Major and Strategic Accounts by setting up the required functional structure, Project Monitoring Procedures, Project Schedule, Project management Tool evangelization and readiness by following PMP principles.
-He successfully delivered all required products to the agreed quality within the time and cost constraints laid down by customers
-Carlos was responsible for defining project scope, communication plan, project charter and set up appropriate Project stages for strategic Projects within the IT Department
-Responsible for monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action as necessary and update stage plans with actual

Carlos led the implementation of the “Zaratoga” Project for the Latam Region. This Project was implemented for transforming core marketing and sales processes across the region: Processes definition, roles & responsibilities, tools enhancement (Siebel), integral coordination of legacies systems, strategic dashboard definition (strategies, tactics and metrics per business area).
-Analyze existing business processes and models covering different key organizational areas (HR, Sales, Mkt and operational concerns), perform gap analysis and feasibility studies and propose solutions for implementing them according to business specifications.
