I have worked in the call center industry for 8 years. Have done customer support to credit evaluations, Have also done sales for the last 4 years. Now currently doing Data Entry and also Selling products and doing customer service for a ministry. Started my call center experience for a company by the name of NCO star communications from 2009 to 2011 where i labored for 2 years as I activated phones for T-Mobile and did Credit evaluations.
Worked for Serco for Orbitz from 2011 to 2014 as a sales agent for 3 years, did hotel bookings, flight reservations and car rental reservations. After a couple of years the company filed bankruptcy and i moved on to another call center by the name of Atento from 2014 to 2015 where I worked as a sales agent for DirecTV. Did new activation of accounts and by the end of my second year AT&T had joined with DirecTV therefore also sold Internet and phone Services for them. I decided to take some time off work since i was part of a small family business at home where I had a deposit of eggs and it blossomed. After a while I move out of the Area and now Work from home during the day doing Data Entry and sales and customer service. Have in the past been a tutor for those have wanted to learn English have done translating for people from Spanish to English and vise versa.
