Mat Ame is a company that produces and distribute designer inspided handbags. I worked with them as an external consultant analysing their weaknesses and strengths and providing a new strategy focusing on marketing and branding actions. 

Textil Imported:
This client approached me with the objective of increasing the sales.
My work with them involved analysis in different areas like price, product, point of sale, advertising,  competence, supply &  demand, and profitability.
My final report  included actions regarding direct marketing, graphic campaigns, newsletters, internet marketing ,  salesmen evaluation and training among others.
