Diligent IT professional with 20+ years of experience in diverse network envinroments and several pieces of equipment, ranging from common PCs to Carrier Grade platforms in datacenters. Along these years I have accrued deep knowledge in typical ISP services and protocols, having also implemented two Linux-based firewalls and security policies. In the last 13 years I got involved with Telecommunications work and there I dealt with Carrier Grade hardware, notably Nokia's hardware (DX 200 and IPA 2800), and the stack of protocols used by the GPRS - General Packet Radio Service -, having participated in many 3G trials in Brazil and around the world (Mexico: Telefonica Movistar Mexico and Telcel; Algeria: Orascom Telecom Algeria). I also have worked as a Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2) both in-office and at home (home office). In my latest position I developed several bash routines, being the most important one related to the provisioning of SIM cards of a local operator.
