Web developer, designer and social media manager by passion. Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Science from the University of El Valle de Guatemala. Founder of Lavish Solutions ( and Sharp Studios investment partner.

Ever since I was in college I worked free-lance as a Web Developer. Quickly got interested in design and took design and marketing courses. Social media Marketing became an interest and took courses about social media management, Digital Marketing and e-commerce.

Created my first company - Sharp Studios - a Marketing Agency, and sold it 3 years later. I started Lavish Solutions, and I'm building portfolio for it.

I'm highly analytical, number oriented, a strategist. Love to use tools to measure success. I believe that you can improve anything that can be measured.

Responsible for the creation and administration of Knowledgebases supporting the accounts and its stakeholders. Point of Contact for Knowledgebase Development within the enterprise. Coordinate with QA and Operations different updates needed and strategies to improve current processes, using the Knowledgebases, to meet client expectations and KPI's. Attend weekly calls with the LMS vendors to discuss important topics such as maintenance windows, ticket updates, etc.
