In this role, I was responsible for the interaction with customers, through waiting, phone orders and customer queries or complaints. In this fast paced and very busy restaurant in Brighton, I was very comfortable when dealing with customers, who expected quality service and reception from their experience. I was also in charge of all phone orders, questions and bookings, where my communication skills and quick thinking were necessary to able to run this busy restaurant.

In this role, I was also responsible for the interaction of customers through customer service and waiting tables. Very similar to my role at Captain and Co, which I was working at concurrently, I had to use my communication skills to be able to give the customer the highest quality experience while managing the rest of the cafe.
Salsa's Fresh Mexican Grill February 2016 - March 2017
In this role, I performed a number of tasks every day. I worked on the grill, cooking and preparing different meats and vegetables and also making the meals, such as burritos, burgers and rice bowls to order, under pressure from huge customer rushes at lunch and in the evening. I also performed kitchen hand tasks, such as using commercial dishwashers, cleaning equipment and utensils and cleaning up the kitchen area at close. I also served customers.
