I have plenty of experience working as a customer service associate in call centers. Most recently, I worked as a Senior Representative for a high-volume customer-support call center, a satellite television services provider. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints handling an average of 20 agents and each one of them was taking around 30 to 50 calls per day (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays, no-shows and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call-volume goals.

In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my position as a trainer assistant. I was responsible for teaching the company core values to new employees,as well as showing them how to handle customer service calls by using specific tools developed to assist agents and provide long-term solutions to our customers. I also had to perform weekly evaluations and provide feedback to agents regarding their areas of opportunity, such as empathy, efficiency, proffesionalism and branding. This evaluations had to be e-mailed to our operations manager including metrics, graphics and numeric values.

I also bring to the table helpful computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and internet browsing applications. I am used to deliver results by achieving my targets/metrics and I am used to work in a fast-paced environment.
