SAP R/3 SD/OTC/SCM Business Process Analyst

Reporting to General Manager, supervised, directed and supported the Order to Cash process.
Handled customer inquiries, troubleshoots and resolved customer complaints following compliance and provided excellence customer service.
Developed improvement plans and specific improvement service level actions in response to customer surveys and personal visits to main customer’s locations.
