Kelsea is an expert at brand positioning, business strategy, crisis management and marketing. She has worked with C-level clients across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, North America and South America.

Kelsea founded Ventana Strategies after nearly 15 years of working in the PR industry. She often noticed when meeting with clients and prospects that the blinders were on to problems and opportunities within the organization. Many also had a hard time articulating their growth or strategic plans, why their product or service was different or better, or who would benefit from this product or service. Kelsea saw an opportunity to help these clients on areas within the business that could be improved or maximized to achieve change and results beyond PR.

Kelsea brings perspective from prior experience both in agency and in-house settings. Previously, she managed B2B and B2C public relations programs for financial companies at Prosek Partners, a Fortune 5000 company and 2016’s top-50 financial PR firms in the world. Following her agency tenure, Kelsea ran the marketing and PR department for a global financial company serving hedge funds. Prior to founding Ventana, Kelsea ran her own PR and marketing practice, developing and overseeing clients that included financial institutions and emerging entrepreneurs.

Kelsea’s work has been published in public relations textbooks. She is a frequent guest lecturer at universities, and serves as a speechwriter for corporate executives.
