* VoxAge TeleInformatica (Information Technology and Services): VoxAge Serviços Interativos is a company that emerged from the merge between VoxAge Teleinformática and Memo Serviços Interativos, in 2009.

As the result, a new product that covers the potential of each company was developed. It's called VosCenter.

The VosCenter offers solutions for a multilevel communication. At the same system the user can meet active and responsive services, send SMS to a client portfolio while answer emails and webchat sessions, simply switching between sessions, easily.

In a single plataform, VosCenter implements the majority of functions required for a Call Center: PBX, ACD, Preview, Power and Predictive Dialing, CTI, Dialogue Writer, Voice-Mail, Supervision and Monitoring

Reporting directly to the general manager, I am responsible for major accounts and projects from VoxAge.

My responsibilities are:
- Plan tasks for multilevel team (developers, analysts, testers, implementers, monitors);
- Prepare project schedules covering external customer expectations and deadline for internal demands;
- Ensure documentation the structure of projects implemented in external clients and share to internal clients;
- Support for Commercial and Customer Relationship Director in develop target plans, make decisions and define priorities;
- Offer new features and products to new and existing customers;
- Develop new business in new and existing customers.
