Algo sobre mí: Soy bilingüe, Español/Inglés, y poseo las ciudadanías Mexicana y Canadiense.
Tengo considerable experiencia trabajando en oficinas de gobierno federales y provinciales en México (nivel ejecutivo);  y Canadá, proporcionando información detallada y  servicio a clientes, y al público; y recibiendo, revisando, procesando, aprobando y finalizando solicitudes para la obtención de licencias de licor a nivel provincial; y/o solicitudes para subsidios para estudiantes de postgrado, para seguro de desempleo, experiencia laboral, etc., en el gobierno federal de Canadá, Victoria, BC.
Diariamente interpretando, aplicando y explicando, por ejemplo, el Liquor Control & Licensing  Act, y sus Regulaciones a solicitantes, y a veces a otros oficiales gubernamentales,  en mi calidad de oficial aprobatorio de licencias de licor.  Y como oficial en la oficina de empleo,  explicando como obtener préstamos para estudios de postgrado, cursos para adquirir experiencia laboral, etc.; en el gobierno provincial y federal respectivamente, Victoria, BC, Canadá.
En el presente, vivo y trabajo en Acapulco, Gro., México como asesor inmobiliario, y continúo ganando experiencia, entre otras, en mis habilidades interpersonales, con la oportunidad de tratar con todo tipo de clientes; otras: publicar mis propiedades en Internet, recibir solicitudes de información, proporcionar información (en persona, por teléfono, email), proporcionar recorridos, mostrar propiedades, elaborar propuestas/contratos, guiar al cliente durante todo el proceso inmobiliaria (compra/venta/renta/arrendamiento), hasta su finalización con la firma del contrato de arrendamiento, o la de la escritura pública correspondiente ante notario público, y entrega de la propiedad y sus llaves en persona al arrendatario o al nuevo propietario.
Estoy segura que sería una buena opción para cualquier cliente que contrate mis servicios para trabajar vía Internet, como transcriptor, traductor, suporte al cliente en línea, ya que además de disfrutar el tratar con todo tipo de público, soy organizada priorizando mis tareas de acuerdo a necesidades, formal, confiable, y dispuesta a aprender.  Trabajo bien independiente, y en equipo.

I am bilingual, Spanish/English, and hold the Mexican and Canadian citizenships.
I have extensive experience working in federal and provincial governments in Mexico (at executive level), and Canada providing customer service to applicants and  information to the public in general; receiving, reviewing, processing, approving, and finalizing liquor licence applications: y/o applications to obtain grants for post graduate students, applications for employment insurance, etc.
On daily basis  interpreting, applying and explaining, for instance,  the Liquor Control and Licensing Act, and its Regulations to applicants, and the public in general; and sometimes to other government officials, as an approval clerk at the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch; and as a Programs Clerk explaining how to apply for governments grants for postgraduate studies, employment insurane, or to get register to gain work experience, etc.; provincial and federal governments, respectively, Victoria, BC, Canada.
Currently, I live and work in Acapulco, Gro., Mexico, in the real estate field, and continue gaining experience and improving among others, interpersonal skills, with the opportunity to provide my services to all types of public.
Other activities: publish my properties in Internet, receive information requests, provide information (in person, by telephone or email)M; provide showings to clientes to visit the properties, elaborate proposals/contracts, guide the client during the whole real estate process (buy/sell/lease/rent), right up to its final step by signing the respective leasing contract, or the deed (escritura pública) before a public notary; deliver the property and its keys in person to the lessor, or the new property owner.
I believe I would be a good asset for any client who contracted my services via Internet as a transcriptionist, translator, attention to the public, or as a service provider on line.  In addition to enjoy dealing with all type of people, I consider myself  good lerner, well organized setting priorities according to needs, trustworthy, willing to learn.  I work well independently, but also in a tem environment.
