During four years, I have been working as the Human Resources and Financial Administrator of an
educational institute for online and on-site language lessons, established by Triodos Facet, a
consultancy based in the Netherlands, which specialized in the promotion and development of small
and medium enterprises which contribute to sustainable development.
Through my many responsibilities running the institute on a daily basis I have become familiar with
all the financial administration duties related to the processing of payments of a wide range of
transactions, establishment of contracts with national and international clients and suppliers,
tracking invoices, organizing them to be presented to the national tax office, obtaining functioning
permits (from the Mayor Office, Minister of Education, Minister of Labour, Instituto Cervantes and
others) and the processing of electronic funds transfers nationwide and abroad.
During the last six years (up to now) I have been working at the Embassy of the Arab Republic of
Egypt in Bolivia as the bilingual administrative assistant, so I am familiar in liaising with
diplomatic duties, including translations from Spanish to English and vice versa, providing
administrative assistance and logistical support, visa procedures, accreditation of diplomats,
customs procedures, inventory of assets, database organization, logistic and organization for high
level authorities missions arriving in Bolivia.
