I am a result based Project Manger with over 6 years of experience, including service operation management, business operation and software engineering.
I am currently CEO and management consultant at PMSolution Consulting, company that I founded in 2014. My work is focused on support costumers with their services operation management, including projects, portfolios, demands and programs, promoting value stream optimization through analysis, methods, visual tools and continuous improvement cycles.
I was consultant and advisor at UNIMED-BH, where I had the opportunity to work directly in the operation department that was responsible for processing the company expenditure, leading to management maturity improvement and cost reduction.
Prior to PMSolution, was a project manager in Arkhi consulting, with over 4.500 experience hours.
I am computer engineer from CEFET-MG and I am preparing for the PMP exam.
