* Microsoft (Computer Software): Build verifiable Partner capability at scale (Key Perf Indicator) by providing targeted learning strategies and resources for Partner practices and individuals, to improve customer satisfaction, grow share and revenue.
Work with Microsoft’s Regional Subsidiaries to manage and execute strategic training plans and events in alignment with Channel Marketing Managers. Synchronize with Learning, Business leaders, local leadership teams and training facilities ensuring a skilled and capable partner channel is in place to drive share and revenue growth. Provide partner capability development leadership through annual planning, execution and measuring market impact for all partner types and segments. Develop necessary resources for each market’s needs, adapt budget and available infrastructure, identify gaps and shortcomings and work with stakeholders to constantly develop growth.
* Microsoft (Computer Software): Identify net new business opportunities and revenues inside top regional Microsoft partners. Develop strategic information and reporting to implement region wide strategies, align partners and MS teams to share information and best practices, provide partner advocacy and deliver One Microsoft partner experience. Regional Partner Account planning and tracking. Collect, edit and organize information and documentation to leverage incentives, renewals, anti-piracy and alliances at regional level for these partners.
* Cisco Systems (Computer Networking): Support the Sales Collaboration Platform adoption effort along the Americas, for both Cisco and Partners synchronizing with Marketing, Sales, IT and Operations to deliver training, Partner support, reporting and analysis. Drive presentations to educate Cisco Sales as well as Partner teams, develop reports reflecting program advancement, gaps, provide executive options to close them and research other theaters to emulate as well as provide best practices learned in the field. Deep dive into SFDC reporting, exporting to Excel, analyze and arrange data with specific objectives, and design PowerPoint presentations to educate based on compelling business opportunities as well as presenting data arranged for managements strategic objectives.
