* Nutrialbex: I had the responsibility of production which encloses the planning of reception of raw material, the schedule of production, supervision of the personnel (production and maintenance), quality control of the product and the storage of it.
Different adjustments had to be done according with the demand of the product which increased almost fifty percent during my period in this company (due to more demand of the products), we got one more shift, new personnel and a redesign of the storage of raw materials and product, something that became a huge challenge but we could manage.
As Plant manager, I had to make new points of control in critical parts of the process to ensure the quality of the product as well as making it possible the measurement of production indicators to start a statistical study of the process related to production and failures.
In addition, I was in charge of the designing of new modifications of the production process and new machines to improve it, supervising the fabrication and installation of each project. This department of designing and fabrication was implanted by me and with the support of my boss we could improve the process making it more profitable.
Monthly I made the production inform which encloses specific information related to production indicators and maintenance activities, this was shown to the manager of the company.
