Travel to the US to get certified on the product training, get back to Guatemala and train staff members and First badge, daily meeting to provide updates about people development. Helps design call center training manuals and updates by identifying and describing information needs, obtaining feedback from management and quality, editing final copy.
Duties as Trainer:
Follow client agenda.
Send daily reports at the end of the day to the client to provide updates about trainees expectations. Absenteeism report to the client and HR.
Identify training and development needs within an organization
Incorporate methods of classroom and on-the job evaluation and well as training effectiveness measures. Communication with OPS, and various departments within the organization, including: planing, HR, quality and help desk.
Weekly attrition report.
Organized all reports to be sent on time.
Duties during Nesting:
Motivate and set a positive example and coach the trainees Daily huddle to set the tone prior to start the day
Quality One on One sessions
