I lead a team of 15 resources to provide support to the international customers of IBM's Global Command Center for monitoring and management of Mainframes. Constant use of english for contacts with customers from United States, Canada, India, and England. Projects supported: GAP, Ameriprise, NiSource, Delta Airlines, among others. Use of Incident and Change management tools like IBM Maximo, HP Service Manager, Service Now. Mainframe tools: TSO, ISPF, SDSF, IOF, Netview.
