Roberto Flores is a lawyer with over sixteen years of experience in corporate law, compliance, planning and execution of legal strategy, commercial and civil litigation, legal advice and research, corporate governance, joint venture and due diligence; with knowledge and skills in foreign corrupt practices act (FCPA), antitrust law and design and implementation of best legal practices.

Based on his knowledge and experience as attorney, general director and business legal consultant in México, Roberto assist companies and investors, both local and foreign, to start or develop businesses and invest in México.

Develops and implements customized business and legal strategies and solutions to helps companies and investors both local and foreign to do businesses and invest in México.

Provides legal and business advise to companies and entrepreneurs in order to start, relocate or expand business in U.S., guiding them along all the necessary steps until the project is up and running.

Lead and manager of business operations, assisting SDN’s customers, as a consultant, in areas such as corporate law, legal strategy, commercial and civil litigation, collection and dispute, due diligence and strategic planning.

Project leader responsible for the design, structure and coordination of the National External Collection team for the portfolio of a global company and subsidiaries, establishing the management model and processes, and monitoring and reviewing the results to comply with the recovery targets set by clients.

Coordinator of the development and implementation of a software for on-line monitoring of court cases.

Supervised and executed negotiation and litigation with the three levels of government.

Project leader responsible for implementing preventive measures that helped to reduce bad debt for the company. Among them: a legal framework (processes, forms and contracts) used to grant secured loans; the design and implementation of a program for pre-legal collection; the implementation of the zero fines program, that allowed the plants and company offices to regularize its permits; and the design and execution of the program to regularize properties to prepare them to be sold.
