* HERE (Information Technology & Services): Responsible for planning of the portfolio distribution and prioritization, based on Stakeholders demand and Site's capacity, working closely with multiple external and internal stakeholders, such as the Customer project sponsors, Key customer users, Customer Decision Makers.
Responsible for project/portfolio delivery performance, budgeting and customer satisfaction, among other metrics.
*Set performance targets and monitor performance to targets and strategic goals. Championship and support of project and process improvement initiatives, cost optimization and delivery
*Definition and execution of yearly Site's game plans and strategy to adhere to Business goals and objectives
*Planning and Execution for budgeting, resource allocation and Site's performance
*Sponsor and Champion for several LEAN Initiatives and Kaizens for Lean savings & Cost Improvements related with the reduction of non-value added assets, resource allocation, among others.
*In charge of mapping, improving and automating E2E processes like Budgeting, Resource Management, Capacity and Portfolio distribution
*Organizational coaching & development to drive employee engagement and foster the proper behaviors, adoption of Company's values and the promotion of a high performance team mindset
*Develop organization by enabling and supporting talent development programs, personal development plans, procuring behavioral and hard skill s training and the adoption and sharing of best practices
*Business Analytics (through a governance framework) with Power BI, Tableu and Looker
*As lead of the business and production analysts, championed the design, implementation and deployment of Scorecards and Dashboards across the Organization to track on the Business Performance through the established KPIs.
Work with Parent Organization to identify and define associated KPIs to measure and ensure the business performance
*Collaboration Methodologies and Tools: Kanban, Scrums, War Rooms, Kaizens, Dashboards
