I have been blessed to have a multicultural family, friends and work experience. I have lived in three countries (Mexico, United States and Brasil) and have worked for international companies as Hewlett Packard and Panduit.

I have had the oportunity of to make many good friends and created good relationships in every company I worked for and have been awarded and recieved good comments about the professional individual I am.

I have have 7+ years  experience in Customer Service haved worked for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and Panduit, as a team leader for th CS team in Mexico, supporting clients in Mexico, Brasil and the United States. Duties included: order placement, order status and shipment support, working with the CRM oracle tool and served as leader for two employees and worked closely with sales team, pricing team, and accouting.
