* Teleperformance Colombia (Subcontrataciones/Offshoring): ▪ Providing a high level of technical support across the company, both for internal and external customers (Quick diagnosis and resolutions given under pressure).
▪ Identifying, escalating and troubleshooting any massive and urgent outages.
▪ Providing a link between the company, customer, development team and any third-party regarding new projects or software functionality throughout the development cycle.
▪ Implementing and developing continuous projects over 600+ client workstations and providing necessary assistance along with Networking – Systems – Application departments.
▪ Auditing, reporting and correcting on a weekly basis any security flaw regarding GPO.
▪ Updating technical supporting documentation constantly due to business changes.
▪ Supervising Junior IT support analysts assigned to operations.
