A freelancer who can shoot a video about the road of his city on Gopro

We have a project, so we are looking for freelancers who can ride (on roller skates\ skates\ scooter\motorcycle \ car, at your discretion) in their city (if it is large) or several cities in their state (if they are not so large) and photograph roads and cars with a GoPro camera. It is not yet known how many hours of video will be required, but we are ready to start with 20-25 hours of video shooting. We need freelancers from the following states: Texas, California, New York, Illinois, Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Virginia, New Jersey, Arizona, Missouri, Nevada. We are ready to listen to your suggestions, discuss the terms and details. Please reply as soon as possible! We need to start the project in the next few days.
