I'm looking to hire an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant to lead and support my company with various administrative tasks and activities.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance on various executive activities

Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports

Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping duties

Answer incoming inquiries via phone, text or email in a polite and professional manner

Manage appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

Manage and support the teams daily to do list and calendar

Conduct online research to gather information

Create stunning presentations and spreadsheets

Support with outbound marketing and prospecting efforts

Support with social media marketing efforts

Support with lead generation and follow up

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Other Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)

Experience with Atlassian (JIRA / Confluence)

Experience with Slack / Skype / Zoom

Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot)

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadline's
