I am looking for a good programmer to develop an advertisement block giving to consumers to watch the advertisement at the same time earn points from his viewing the advertisement.

It is a block that appears ( 1/6 size of the display screen) on top of other open applications, divided into few divisions for advertisement and the existing internet connection, coin case, briefcase, and others functions be included in the Advertisement block
