Requiero implementar un servicio de streaming de video (VOD) para Android en un app nativa ya desarrollada. Para ello necesito asesoría sobre tecnologías actuales, por ejemplo: JW Player, Vitamio, Media Player, Bright Cove, rtsp, hls, youtube api etc. Es un proyecto para un desarrollador experimentado en streaming de video en plataformas móviles.
(Nada de aprendices por favor).

Ya se tiene desarrollado el backend, pero necesito que quién tome el trabajo me guié en la depuración de todo el sistema. Indispensable tener un portafolio con proyectos de este tipo. El presupuesto se puede aumentar de acuerdo con el perfil y experiencia del desarrollador o podemos llegar a un acuerdo por horas.
