To make it happen we’re seeking a well-organized, enthusiastic, professional Virtual Assistant to directly support our optimistic and innovative CEO.

What you will be doing:
+ Email Management/Filtering
+ Instant message programs (telegram/ skype) management
+ Knowledge of online working platforms as Asana, Drive and LastPass
+ Data Entry
+ Manage and schedule multiple calendars; keep CEOs apprised of calendar events, action items, messages and relevant business issues, both internal and external. (Task Manager / Asana)
+ Summarize/ create a report of the content of incoming events, information, or meetings to assist the CEO and coordinate that content with background office resources while drawing attention to important parts or conflicts
+ Create presentations, as assigned (PowerPoint)
+ Prepare working spreadsheets and keep online records (Drive)
+ Create and manage offsite meetings which include external customers & partners
+ Handle other office responsibilities
+ Schedule traveling arrangements/ itineraries.
+ Keep record of staff meetings and trainings
You’ll need to have:
+ Native Spanish
+ Fluent English
+ One or more years of relevant work experience.
+ Attention to detail
+ Communication skills
+ Discretion: you could learn about confidential information
