Api integration

I have recently integrated an API from a Tour company to my website. I’m getting their tours including prices, dates, images, descriptions, itineraries etc... However there are still some stuff that are not 100% in the way i need it to be:

1) the prices, Should be correct but i get the price in USD and its converting to show in my currency however it’s using a fix currency rate of 3.77 so what i need Is to make it live currency so it will change prices also when currency change, automatically.

2) the dates, some tours its only showing some dates, not all of them. I need to make sure all dates are showing AND it should update automatically when new dates (together with price) are added to their system.

3) Price next to date, on the dates I would like to have the price showing next to ( updated with the right exchange rate ) so customers can see what price is for the specific date.

4) Update dates, prices and available seats when they update dates and price too. ( Add new when they add new too ) however i cant update the whole tour but only the dates and prices because i will have all tours translated to my language so if i update everything i will lose the translation.
