Plataforma chat de autogestión: Web y movil tipo WhatsApp para recibir, realizar llamadas y chats vía wifi (plaforma helpdesk de atención al cliente):

Somos un call center que desea contar con una plataforma web y movil tipo whatsapp la cual cuente con roles como administrador y agentes (asesores) en la cual cuando nuestros clientes nos escriban, podamos asignarle un agente(asesor), esta aplicación debe abrirse en multiples pc y moviles. Cabe anotar que no contamos con servidores.
