Hola buenas tardes, estoy interesado en desarrollar una app ios y android en la cual la función principal sera realizar videollamadas y cobrar el tiempo que tarda cada una de ellas, es decir, si la videollamada duro 5 minutos se hará un cargo por ese tiempo.

Se requiere de una backend desde el cual se puedan asignar estos valores:
* Costo por minuto
* Alta de usuarios
