2.1    On standby support of escalated tickets, with SLA response time within 1 hour upon receipt of ticket;
2.2    Provides inputs to developer on resolving issues and/or enhancement request; 
2.3    Responds to email queries particular to turnover system, with SLA on response time with in 1 day.
2.4    Provide other immediate support needed by the Applications Development team as needed.
