Asistencia para levantar sitio caído en nginx Ubuntu

Se necesita asistencia remota vía Skype / Zoom para levantar un aplicación web y una web api en un web server nginx en un servidor Linux Ubuntu.
Las aplicaciones están desarrolladas en .net core y estuvieron funcionando sin problemas hasta hace unos días.

Ahora al ingresar al sitio se devuelve un error "502 Bad Gateway" y en los logs de nginx figura un error del siguiente estilo "connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, server: websitename.net, request: "POST /xmlrpc.php HTTP/1.0", upstream: "fastcgi://127.0.0.1:9000", host: "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx""

Puedo agregar que en el mismo servidor hay otros sitios que funcionan correctamente.
Si lo necesitan pueden hacerme mas preguntas antes de presupuestar.

La asistencia se debe coordinar para realizarse en el horario entre las 8hs y las 17hs de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
