Typical scope - producing a project documentation pack prior to client mobilisation.
Such a pack would, for example, include the following:
* Consolidating historical QHSE Audit Reports and Project Safety record covering the last (3) years     
* Project Execution Plan    
* Vessel general arrangement drawing in ACAD and pdf    
* Detailing document Deliverables Schedule    
* Pre-mob, on the job, and post job Inspection and Test Plan    
* Detailing Project Schedule    
* Consolidating Insurance Certificates    
* Documenting the Quality Management Plan    
* Documenting the Health, Safety, Security Management Plan (hses mp)    
* documenting the environmental management plan incl. Waste Management Plan    
* Documenting the Employee Relation Management Plan    
* Documenting the Mobilisation plan     
* Documenting the equipment details of complete technical spread    
* Documenting the Detailed Operational Procedures     
* Documenting the Lifting certificates for equipment and rigging    
* Equipment Calibration report
