Automate a couple of spreadsheets to a web, might need database

Curreny customers fill in a particular spreadsheet with their order data and based on that another spreadsheet is generated. This needs to be automated. Also at the start of each year a forecast from each customer is taken on a spreadsheet.
This needs to be automated too. Standalone desktop app is also fine but a website will be great. Need to be able to do reports based on customer data dynamically.
