Necesito un sistema donde taxista les permita capturar su información a través de un código de barras que tiene una tarjeta de plástico, a la hora que el operador escanea su información le informe al asesor de ventas de tickets que vehículos se encuentra esperando cliente 

el sistema tiene que correr en PC y la información se pueda sincronizar
