Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
Starting pay up to $4 to $6 per hour
Hours: 8am-1pm Central Standard Time. May lead to full-time.
Position Responsibilities
Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.
Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide accurate, practical solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, however we suggest ALL apply. Previous customer service experience a plus!
