Hola, estoy armando un sistema web. Yo soy programador PHP y la estoy desarrollando yo mismo. Pero no tengo los conocimientos de diseño web.
Entonces necesito alguien que me ayude con los css/html/js.
Lo que ya tengo hecho utiliza bootstrap y algunos templates descargados.
Mi idea es pagar por hora.
