We are developing a payments system for an application and would like to test it with card in other currencies, especially in argentine pesos.
So I would need to buy a pre-paid card with argentine peso as the official currency to test the flow in my application.
Actually, I don't need the physical card, only the numbers and could be a virtual card with only the balance agreed.
