Necesito contratar un programador con altas habilidades para el manejo de PHP y CSS3.

Tengo desarrollado un sitio, en el cual el backend ya fue modificado a lo que se necesita, pero en el frontend necesito actualizar el diseño y la forma en la que se muestra la información, en otras palabras, volverlo un sitio más amigable y más limpio.

Cuento con los diseños en PSD.
