El proyecto consiste en desarrollar un chat en aplicación web y app en android, ambas integradas entre si y con notificaciones. Las especificaciones funcionales están en el archivo adjunto.  Respecto a las especificaciones técnicas, la aplicación debe estar en C# .Net Core 2.1 + MVC.
La aplicación móvil será Android (Última versión). Respecto a la base de datos, esta deber ser FireBase y las notificaciones con Cloud Messaging de FireBase.

The project consists of developing a chat in web application and android app, both integrated with each other and with notifications. The functional specifications are in the attached file. Regarding the technical specifications, the application must be in C # .Net Core 2.1 + MVC.
The mobile application will be Android (Latest version). Regarding the database, this must be FireBase and notifications with FireBase Cloud Messaging.
