These are the problems that faced by users with current system:
1)    Difficulties in contacting with the cleaning service agencies
Normally, users feel hard to find the right cleaning service agencies’ information to get cleaning services for their place. Currently, users are contacting the cleaning service agencies through calls or messages to get information of cleaning services they are offering. But sometimes the users cannot contact them on time because the agencies are busy with their schedule.
This causes the users a huge disappointment.
