I already have a customer service software and I need to build an SDK for Android and iOS to provide my clients a "Click to call" button inside their apps using Twilio. When clicking the button, the customer will be connected to an ivr or to the next available agent throgh voip. The telephony platform is already built, so the only necessary development here is the SDK to provide the "Click to call" option.
