The major number of our clients are Brazilians investors in the USA. Our main services are related to incorporating business in all 50 states(primarily in Florida) along with offering several accounting products and packages to maintain the business virtually without having to meet with the client.
What will be your initial tasks:
-First learn about our main services.
-Provide support to existing clients and answer general “sales” questions to potential leads.
-Analyze current sales funnels, email templates, automated msg and make better.
-Day by day create a list of frequently asked questions to improve our customer service experience
-Once you have experience, talking on the phone with potential leads will also be required. And additional task will be assigned as you acquire more experience.
What's our perfect candidate:
-Someone with extreme attention to detail, eager to learn, innovate with ideas and willing to help with any task as needed.
-Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish a plus.
-Experience in customer service and with knowledge of finances and administration is required.
-Remember you will be providing support and answering sales questions to potential clients.
