Community Manager

What are we looking for?

We seek a Community Manager to join our marketing team to implement channel strategies for the Marketing Collection brand targets. They must be able to coordinate with other team players to execute the different campaigns in our social media strategy, always looking for the development of innovative and effective social media content.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: LinkedIn and Instagram.
Creating engaging copy texts that match with Marketing Collection’s tone of voice in English on our platforms. (Portuguese is a strong plus).
Writing content on our proprietary channels (blog, email, social network).
Update our website content.
Implement the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication on all social channels.
Own KPIs and analytics and reporting of channels managed.
Knowledge / Experience Required:

Mandatory: Living in Latin America.
Demonstrable experience of at least +2 years in similar positions.
BA or equivalent education preferred.
Native Spanish. Flawless written and spoken English communication skills
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to bring alive the brand tone of voice.
SEO Copywriting. Knowledge of best practices in SEO for content, and experience with keywords.
Manage tools: WordPress, Metricool, and Google Analytics. (Plus: experience in Zoho CRM)

Being passionate about Social Networks. It is necessary to be up-to-date with everything that happens, on all channels.
